COAL AND BIOMASS FUELED HOT OIL TANKS
Some of the industrial facilities very high temperature areas and requires heat transfer systems at these temperatures. The boiling water and steam systems are meet these requirements at high pressure. However these high pressure systems have disadvantages on safety and cost. Instead, hot oil systems accomplish the duty safer and cheaper.
The hot oil systems are the systems which can reach to the higher temperatures that other fluids can never reach. There are various thermic oils that can be heated up to 300-320°C. Additionally, the oil does not cause corrosion and limescale which cause inefficiency and need of extra care.
