Water Tube Combustion Chamber

  • The front furnaces are generally for combining flame-smoke tube boilers together with solid fuel systems.
  • It is the most practical method for conversion of liquid-and gas-fired boilers into solid-fuel systems.
  • Flame-tube boilers are not designed high steam capacity and high efficiency for solid fuel. On the other hand, their efficiency are increased by addition of the front furnace.
  • The heat conductivity is high, because of the heat is transferred by radiation.
  • Front furnace are usually manufactured complete with full or semi water-tube design. The design is variable depending on combustion system.
  • Their water volume capacity are small and therefore their assembled systems are very quickly reached full capacity.
  • The manufacture is performed under EN Standards, according to 97/23/PED – Pressurized Vessel Directives.
