Hot Water Boilers

SOLID FUEL HOT WATER BOILERS

LIQUID-GAS FUEL HOT WATER BOILERS

• Hot Water Boilers are which have flame/smoke tube, produced from 280 kW to 11.163kW for solid fuel.
• Maximum operation temperature is 90°C. Superheated water boilers are preferred for high temperatures.
• Standart type productions are 3-5-7 bars. High pressure boilers are special manufacturing.
• The boilers are “CE” certified.
• Stoker or flat grate systems are assembled in combustion chamber whish for costumer choice.
• The combustion chamber design allows use of any kind of coal to ensure higher radiation heat input.
• Require small installation area, by means of small width and height dimensions.
• Installation and operation are simple. No expert personal is necessary.
• Operations are quite feasible to burning system and burning process.
• Ashes and slag fall into ash chamber by themselves without intervention.
• Cleaning the boiler tubes are possible when the boiler is in operation.
• Stack flapper is controlled undesirable effects the stack suction on burning process.
• The boilers have maximum output heat from input heat by means of water circulation in the boiler.
• Heat losses are reduced by means of design of boiler cover and insulations are coated glass-wool on foil paper.
• Simple control panel are supplied ease operations. Any other boiler automation is optional.

• Hot Water Boilers are which have three passes and flame/ smoke tube, fired with liquid and gas fuel.
• Turquise Series boiler heat capacities are available from 116kW to 930kW.
• Maximum operation temperature is 90°C. Superheated water boilers are preferred for high temperatures.
• Standart type productions are 3-5-7 bars. High pressure boilers are special manufacturing.
• The boilers are “CE” certified by TSE.
• Require small installation area, because of their upper and lower cylindrical bodies allowing compact design.
• Low flue gas temperature and high boiler efficiency are obtained by means of three passes and flame/smoke tube within tubulator.
• Reduced NOx emission is obtained from the flue gas, by means of low heated in the combustion chamber.
• The boilers have maximum output heat from input heat, by means of water circulation in the boiler.
• Heat losses are reduced by means of design of boiler cover and insulations are coated glass-wool on foil paper
• Simple control panel are supplied ease operations. Optional boiler automation is available.
